I do like being outside and going for a good walk on the day of the Winter Solstice. Sometimes I have to work but, when freedom allows, I like to make the most of the limited daylight hours.

A fairly familiar walk around the Mendip Hills, starting in Burrington Combe (as I so often do). I also touched on the Yeo Valley Way - a newly-formed permissive path that crosses land around Hazel Manor. At the time of uploading, information online is scarce.
