A group of four friends headed to North Wales for a long weekend in July. Part of our plan was to conquer a couple of known summits in Snowdonia. Before that, we headed locally up to the Berwyn Mountains from our accommodation in Llandrillo.

I'd not even heard of this range before. It was much quieter than many parts of Snowdonia and well worth exploring if ever you're nearby. We covered a good 10 miles and at least two summits on what would turn out to be the warmest day of our trip.

I regret not taking more video footage on this one but I hope you like the images in my short film.
