PC was on about 3 days then herd 2 windows error sounds. I looked and my computer was like this. Moving about the mouse made windows like this video. The start was at the top. Went in sleep mode and it came out good. But a little after this video stopped it did the same. A reboot fixed it. Running on a Mini-ITX Atom 2 core CPU.
