This is the inside of my Commodore flat 128. I did a lot of mods to it long ago. Like the 1 megabyte commodore 64 http://csbruce.com/cbm/transactor/pdfs/trans_v9_i06.pdf... on page 26 that's what I looked at and put the chips on other chips were they fit the best. Most fit on the corners because they have 5 volts and ground on the corners.

I put it in this 128 and that is how I saved the Q-Link data. Using Super Snap shot monitor and did a little code to take the Data coming in byte and store it in the bigger RAM. It helped to get Q-Link reloaded going.

Got another ROM two times the size to have a VIC 20 character sets in it. The video RAM is 2 times the size too. With 8 bit wide RAM. Got another CIA chip in it that I have a RTC chip on and so it has 8 other lines free and I use them to switch one and off things with pokes. Like the VIC 20 character sets, JiffyDOS on and off, Change the address of the 2ND SID chip from $D700 to $DD40, One to switch over color RAM to the other bank. Stereo SID with the new side going out the unused Pin 7 of the U shape video DIM plug. I made my own video cable for it with left and right audio and S/video.

I had a person ask me if I had any photos of this and so I just did this video of it.

I get on the Q-Link reloaded with it.
