Disassembly Written Details
▶️ The first thing out of the gate is removing the front sight screw (consider a micro screw driver) and pop off the front sight.
▶️Next use a punch and tap to pop out the retaining pin in the pump handle - left to right - to remove pump. Use a book to gap up the body so the pin pops out.
▶️ Take out remaining 13 screws with 3 different size philip heads. You will need a micro screw driver for one screw on right side. NOTE: You can leave stock attached to left frame. The stock doesn't have to come off, then it would be just 13 screws removed.
▶️Set gun on its LEFT side, and use a sturdy flat head to insert right in front of the blade, and pop up the right receiver.
▶️Use the same screw driver to work the seam down the length, toward the barrel. Open up gap and pull the right side free.
⚠️Reassembly Trouble Shooting⚠️
Make sure the VB cogs are as shown in video. I showed repeated images of proper form. The first connector cog is between TWO of the top pick cogs. (The cogs are like teeth.)
Putting back the feeder rod and spring is tricky. Snap the body back tighter starting from the rear. Leave a small gap in the feeder space and coil spring on Plastic feeder body.
Insert the feeder rod into its space, and put the spring in its space. The spring will over shoot its check point on the left side. Use a tooth pick to pull it back until it catches its check point. Then snap the barrel togther.
