Since I shot the video, some of the gel got thrashed at the bottom of the post. So to avoid the rest getting torn off, I took the slide off, cocked the hammer, and then used my Swiss Army scissors to trim off the bottom of the gel that was being torn off the post.

⚠️The PINCH at the hammer bottom was too much for the gel. The gel higher up STIILL catches the hammer, shedding the shock.⚠️

The remaining gel resides just about in the post middle. I hope for 1,000 shots before I have to replace the gel bumper. We will find out if it can last that long.

The next piece gets cut just for the post middle.

Remember to keep the Gorilla gel UNDER your gel piece. Wait a minute and a half before releasing your hammer. AVOID GLUING YOUR HAMMER IN PLACE. Consider using readers or shop glasses.

⚠️Don't leave the hammer cocked overnight. it can wear down the torsion spring and could break it. Avoid pushing the hammer all the way down to the hand guard - THAT CAN INSTANTLY BREAK IT!⚠️
