The 753 is the crown jewel for Daisy. It is as powerful as 5 pumps on the 880. I bring that up to make a point. It is no accident that the 880 shows reliable wadcutter shot groups at 5 pumps.
Many decades ago, the Daisy Engineers figured out that power level for the early adult single pumps. The 853 and econo version 953 performed well.
The 880 featured in video is open sight, and was used for those inch targets.

One hybrid pellet I didn't go into was the The Silver Bear. It is a trifecta - wadcutter/semi-point/Hollow Point. Now called the Excite hollow point or the Chinese copy the Beeman hollow point.
The popular version, the Beeman, is excellent in the 880 and 753 for field work and delivers great energy on impact. In a contest between Excite Coppa Spitz, shooting at a chilli can filled with water, the Coppa lasers through without even moving the can. The Beeman punches through one side and tosses the can up in the air.
