WILDEST REDHEAD by Meaghan Dorman
1 1/2 oz. blended scotch whisky
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. honey syrup (3:1 honey to warm water)
1/4 oz. allspice dram
1/4 oz. cherry heering

Shake all ingredients except cherry heering with ice until chilled. Strain into glass with large rock of ice. Float cherry heering over ice, creating a layered effect on the bottom of the drink. Enjoy!
