On the eve of the 2019-2020 NBA season, I wanted to dedicate a drink to the King of Philadelphia, Joel Embiid. We all know that Embiid has a sweet tooth and loves Shirley Temples, so I thought it'd be fun to put an Italian spin on every kid's favorite mocktail. The Celtics won't stand a chance in the Eastern Conference when you're sipping on these all season!

The Process
- 1oz Contratto Aperitif, feel free to use Aperol or other Italian aperitifs
- 1oz grenadine
- Top with tonic water
- Stir to combine in glass
- Garnish with an orange wedge
