One of my favorite things about living in New York are the bagels. One day while I was eating an everything bagel with cream cheese I started wondering if I could turn it into a drink. After workshopping some ideas with Meaghen from the @TheWeePearl the Everything Bagel Espresso Martini was born.

Everything Bagel Espresso Martini
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 1/2 oz espresso
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/4 oz coffee liqueur
- 1 bar spoon orange curacao

Garnish
- Cream cheese whipped cream recipe adapted from the link below. Whip ingredients to a pourable consistency
- Everything bagel seasoning on top
