Let me tell you why you should be drinking this cocktail for the holidays!
It has that holidays spice you might be looking for along with a
carmely note that can't be beat. Plus it's a part of my holiday cocktail series!
Check out my subs on the original cocktail in today's video and tell me
what you rums you like in the cocktail. Pull up a seat at my home bar and let's
make an Ancient Mariner today!
"Ancient Mariner" | Cocktail Ingredients
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) White Grapefruit Juice
(Can Add 2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters if you use Red Grapefruit Juice)
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Simple Syrup
(I subbed Demerara Syrup, you could also try Cinnamon Syrup as well)
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Allspice Dram
1 oz. (30 ml) Aged Demerara Rum
1 oz. (30 ml) Dark Jamaican Rum
(I subbed Smith & Cross Instead)
Garnish: Mint and a Lime Wedge!
