UWM is nestled in the heart of the city's upper east side, a residential, tree-lined community and one of Milwaukee's safest neighborhoods. We're near great restaurants, small businesses, independent movie theaters and plenty of coffee shops. And UWM is only five minutes from Bradford Beach! It's easy to get around, too, whether that means renting a Bublr bike, hopping on a bus with a free bus pass or enjoying the sights on foot. In this video, students shout out their favorite neighborhoods, restaurants, natural spaces, sports teams, cultural centers and, of course, coffee shops across the city.
