I can do handstand push-ups on parallettes, deep and at 90 degrees, and even planche push-ups. But put me on the floor and they always feel awkward, weird and a little painful. So I asked the person I consider the GOAT of handstand push-ups, Sondre Berg, to help me figure out why.

No script, no plan. Sondre walked in not knowing what we were going to talk about, and we troubleshot it live.
