Am I right? 😂
People often think tracking calories is restrictive.
I see it as the opposite.
Tracking gives me awareness. It lets me make informed decisions instead of guessing. If I want to go out for dinner, have dessert, or grab a snack, I already know how it fits into my day.
It's not about being perfect, it's about having a plan.
I've tracked my calories for about 10 years now, and for me, it's become a tool that creates flexibility, not stress.
Without that awareness? I could probably eat 5,000 calories without even realizing it. 😂
The goal isn't to track forever. The goal is to learn what different foods contain, understand your habits, and build skills you can use for life.
Do you see calorie tracking as freedom or restriction? 👇
