🔥Fructose is the fire that makes you hungry. A high-fat diet is the firewood. You put that on and you get a big blaze.

🥑 If you’re on a low-carb diet, such as keto, you can eat a lot of fat, and you’re not going to be hungry. You’re not going to gain weight. You need the carbs to make you hungry to gain the weight from the fat.

🥤The carbs themselves, with fructose, even on a low-fat diet, could still lead to prediabetes or type 2 diabetes.
