🌰 Nuts: Try almonds and pistachios: dry roasted (not roasted in seed oils). Avoid nuts with peanut oil, honey, syrups, sugar, etc.

🥒 Pickles: Choose versions made with simple ingredients like cucumbers, water, salt, and vinegar. They provide a satisfying crunch without resorting to chips.

🥚 Hard-boiled eggs: These are high in protein to help with energy and satiety.

🧀 Cheese: String cheese and other cheese snacks also offer protein and a bit of fat to aid satiety.
