Recently helluva boss fans have become obsessed with the newest character, with comparisons being made to loona in terms of popularity. Let me explain.

So in the latest short we were introduced to emberlynn, a crazy girl who likes demons and falls in love with blitz. At the end she dies and spawns in hell in her new demon form.

Since the release fans have been going crazy about this character. All over my feed on twitter and youtube is edits and fanart of her, even more so than on regular episode releases.

So why is she so popular? Well i think there’s a couple reasons.

First is that ember perfectly encapsulated a crazy fan who’s obsessed with fanfics, shipping and demons. I think alot of helluva boss fans can relate to her.

Secondly is she’s just a ton of fun. Both of her designs are great, especially her demon form which is perfect for fanart.

And lastly she’s a goth, so alot of the people who obsess over loona now love emberlynn as well.
