Appearance matters more than I used to think.
Sales already has enough friction and a haircut won't make you competent but it certainly can't hurt am I right?
I rewatched some old calls and realized I looked like I had just escaped the wilderness.
I might have known my stuff, but I was making the prospect work harder to believe it.
That’s avoidable.
Your appearance, background, lighting, and energy all communicate before you do.
This does not mean you need to wear a suit & tie on every Zoom call.
It just means you should not give people unnecessary reasons to question your standards.
Competence still has to be proven.
Presentation can either support trust or quietly work against it.
Small details matter!
