One of the highlights of the 2018 Lerro Photography charter on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad (October 2018) was the chance to see three active steam locomotives side by side. Of course, once can't do a pose like this and NOT have a whistle sound off! I started the camera a bit too late to capture the start of McCloud 25 but I hope you like the rest. Someone also asked to do all three at once... ok sure why not? Left to right is McCloud River Railway #25, Polson Logging #2, and Skookum under steam for the first time in 63 years.
