Sometimes, you just want a good bowl of noodles. From Pad Thai to Pad See Ew, Bangkok is a paradise of a thousand varieties of noodles cooked on every alley, and each neighborhood might have its own specialty, unknown outside of a single community. So for one week we're showing off our own personal favorites. Each of the four members of OTR's team is choosing one single place to showcase; from the beef noodles of Dennis's grandparents neighborhood to Daria's comfort food staple; from the western edge of the city to the ruins of an old amusement park in the far northeast. These might not be Bangkok's "best" noodles- but they are, to us.
