What’s up Geekly Goods fam! 👀 According to a new rumor, the DCU’s Batman is going to make his official debut in the Dynamic Duo movie. Take this one with a grain of salt though, since it’s coming from Brazilian reporter @mundosdadc.
The reporter claims Dynamic Duo, DC Studios’ upcoming animated film centered on Dick Grayson and Jason Todd’s early days as Robin, will feature a brief appearance from the DCU’s version of Batman, giving him his proper big-screen introduction after only a shadowy glimpse in Creature Commandos. This actually lines up well with the fact that Dynamic Duo has since been confirmed as official DCU canon rather than an Elseworlds project, unlike Matt Reeves’ separate Batman universe. Dynamic Duo is set to release in theaters June 30th, 2028.
Honestly, I think Batman should debut even earlier than that. The DCU needs Batman, and I don’t think it would be too confusing having him exist alongside Robert Pattinson’s separate version at the same time. Do you think the DCU’s Batman should debut sooner?
