Have you ever been to London? And if so, what do you think is actually worth visiting?
I live on the outskirts and used to work in London, so it’s very easy to take the city for granted. I often appreciate it most when friends visit from other countries.
Their enthusiasm always rubs off on me because they notice buildings, views and little details that I’ve walked past countless times without really appreciating as much as I could.
Over the years, I’ve built up an ever-growing list that I send to people visiting. It includes some of the obvious tourist spots, but also hidden gems, good places to eat, and simple ways to enjoy the city without racing from one landmark to the next.
So I thought we could go through that list, discuss some of my favourites, and hear your own recommendations too. What would make your perfect day in London?
