What are the other codenames Jyn reads off on Scarif? We know Stardust is the Death Star, but Jyn also mentions Stellar Sphere, Mark Omega, Pax Aurora, War Mantle, Cluster Prism, and Black Saber. We only know for sure what one of those codenames is referring to. Project War Mantle was detailed in The Bad Batch, and was the Empire’s initiative to remove clone troopers in favor of Imperial volunteers and conscripts. War Mantle was used as a codename until it was publicly revealed to the Imperial Senate as the Stormtrooper Initiative. The other codenames have yet to be mentioned in any Star Wars story since Rogue One, so we can only speculate on their significance. For example, Black Saber could be a nod to the Star Wars Legends superweapon, the Darksaber. Or it might refer to the Mandalorian Darksaber, if the Empire had any specific plans for it.
