The Aquarium’s Marine Conservation Action Fund (MCAF) advances ocean conservation by supporting locally led, community-based projects in low- and middle-income countries around the world. 🌎

Through MCAF, conservation leaders partner with communities to study and protect species like hammerhead sharks, leatherback turtles, humpback dolphins, and giant manta rays. Since 1999, MCAF has supported more than 280+ projects in 60 countries and six continents, and has welcomed 20 visionary leaders into its fellowship program.

Enjoy these clips of MCAF Project Leaders and Fellows doing work in their community; we are honored to support them and their conservation efforts!
