👇🏼When I committed to binge eating recovery I didn’t just:
🚫Stop binge eating
✅Start eating intuitively
💃🏼Feel confident in my body
🙅🏼♀️NOPE.🙅🏼♀️
And at first it felt confusing.
“Why can’t I just listen to my body to stop binge eating like the intuitive eating book says!?”😣
Over time, I learned it was because I needed to HEAL 🙏first before intuitive eating would come naturally.
‼️Healing is messy but necessary. Healing doesn’t look like a hunger/fullness diet. Healing includes more binges along the way. Healing includes eating mostly on a schedule versus “listening to your body”. Healing includes your weight fluctuating.
But healing leads you to food freedom. Where your weight and food no longer are in the drivers seat of YOUR life!🚘
😊I wish I knew what I knew now back then, but since I can’t go back all I can do is teach YOU everything I know.

![Is Intuitive Eating a Free-For-All? [Impulse Eating vs Intuitive Eating]
If trying to eat intuitively leaves you out of control bingeing, youre likely not eating intuitively but rather eating impulsively. When I work with clients who are healing their relationship with food and overcoming binge eating, it can be hard to just listen to their body at first. In todays video I am going to discuss the dynamic interplay between instinct, feeling, and rational thought when it comes to eating intuitively and healing from binge eating.
