One of the biggest mistakes I see people make when designing their workouts is failing to understand the fundamental principle that EXERCISES DO NOT determine the adaptation. For example, just because you do "power cleans", you may not be getting more powerful. Or just because you need to improve your cardio, you don't necessarily HAVE to cycle, jog, or hit the elliptical. This short video explains the true relationship between the exercise you perform, and the resulting adaptation!

Enjoy.
