🥗 Fresh Ranch Dressing (adjust to taste)
100g buttermilk
100g sour cream
100g mayo
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp chopped dill
1/2 Tbsp chopped chives
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp freshly cracked pepper
1/4 tsp msg
1/4 tsp or more salt to taste

🥗 Ranch Powder
Maltodextrin 60g
Buttermilk powder 60g
Citric acid 5g
Onion powder 15g
Garlic powder 15g
Dill (dried) 5g
Chives (dried) 2g
Parsley (dried) 1g
Mint (dried) 1g
Taragon (dried) 1g
Pepper 10g
Salt 20g
MSG 5g
Vegetable stock powder 25g

Mix 12g (or more to taste) ranch mix with 100g light sour cream and mayo to taste (I suggest 25g).
