WE'RE READY FOR SCHOOL...ARE YOU?
The first day of school for Marion County Public Schools is Monday, August 13, 2018! Here are some back to school tips for your first day:
-Leave a little earlier for work in the morning. There will be more traffic on the roads and school buses will be making stops to pick up children.
-Please be careful at school bus stops and in school zones...travel at the posted speed limit or under, and watch out for our kids!
- We will have a School Resource Officer (SRO) in every public school in Marion County this year. Encourage your children to talk to their SRO if they have any issues at school, such as bullying or if they are aware of any threats made to others or to the school.
