“Brethren Voices” has a 20-year-history of producing community television programs, sharing what Brethren do because of their faith. We have featured Brethren living out their faith in 18 different states and 8 countries. The outreach of the Church of the Brethren members living on this planet, Earth, extends far and near.
Eighty-two years ago, the Church of the Brethren established a pension plan and board for its pastors. The goal was to assist them financially, after their service to the church had ended. Today, the program is known as Eder Financial, and it has grown in many ways.
“Brethren Voices” host, Brent Carlson, interviews Dan Radcliff, who grew up in the Church of the Brethren. He stated that he was always good with numbers and considered himself to be a “people person.” Putting the two things together, led him to working with people about finances.
One of the questions that he is often asked, “We have sold a church building and have this money. We feel that we should be doing something. Can you show us some options?
Dan shares how investments can be made, with Christian values.
