A Weather Impact Alert is in effect for Wednesday as high heat and humidity over Northeast Ohio will bump air temperatures across the area into the lower 90s during the afternoon with "feels-like" temperatures between 95 and 100 degrees.

Also, widely scattered severe thunderstorms are possible from Wednesday morning into early Thursday morning.
