Cleveland weather forecast for Monday, August 31, 2026.
The front should begin to push further north Tuesday and Wednesday allowing the heat to push in with near 90 degree temps expected.
That humidity will remain high through the end of the week before the ridge starts to break down into our Labor Day weekend.
As the ridge breaks down, rain and storm chances will increase. Any of these storms the next few days could be strong to severe in our 90 degree, high-humidity atmosphere. Our best coverage of storms should be Thursday and Friday as the ridge weakens. Assuming the front comes through sometime Friday, we should begin to dry out this weekend. Stay tuned, this is a highly changeable forecast as the frontal boundary will be waffling back and forth over us through the end of the week!
Here is your Cleveland weather forecast:
TUESDAY: Hot day, some PM storms possible. Near 90.
WEDNESDAY: Hottest day, a few PM storms. Low 90s.
