A Florida appeals court just held, unanimously, that banning 18-to-20-year-olds from concealed carry violates the Second Amendment. In State of Florida v. Eubanks, the judges leaned on Heller, Bruin, and Rahimi, and concluded what should be obvious: 18-to-20-year-olds are part of "the people."
