In this beginner-friendly woodturning project, I turn a stunning Jewellery Box with a built in tray, combining Sycamore and Walnut wood for a striking contrast. This project is perfect if you're new to woodturning or want to try your hand at making a functional and elegant keepsake box.

Lathe: Harvey T60s Wood Lathe
Tools: Carbide woodturning tools by Easy Wood Tools
Wood: Sycamore (main body) & Walnut (tray insert)
Sanding: Klingspor Abrasives up to 240 grit
Finishing:
Hampshire Sheen Sanding Sealer
Yorkshire Grit Abrasive Paste
Hampshire Sheen High Gloss Finishing Wax
