One of my DIY Waste oil burners running on Used cooking oil going straight from idle to full Power. The burner was running and the air into the blower blocked off. This allowed the waste oil to accumulate in the hot waste oil burner which was then vapourised from the heat inside the burner when the air was opened up.
After the excess waste oil is burned, the output settles down but it was not able to run to capacity due to low waste oil level in the tank.
These burners are the power plant for various applications such as furnace burner, water heaters, Kiln burners, Pool Heaters, Shed and home heaters or can be adapted to any other suitable application.
