I want to make it quite clear, that i'm not underestimating this awful Corona virus, nor disrespecting those who have sadly died from the disease to date, but, when i 'm reading that thoughts are the end of the world is nigh.It's ridiculous!!.Human beings need to calm down and put this into perspective. ..
We either will or won't contract it, as now it seems the epidemic is almost everywhere. We do have to remember that 98% of people get mild symptoms, and recover well. In fact, as I have just been listening to the news,and a scientist is stating clearly that MOST will only get a mild cough and feel a little low All this panic buying and manic behaviour everywhere, is getting me down and showing human nature at it's very worst!....What we have to do is be sensible. Yes, avoid crowds,Eat well and boost our immune systems. I am a great believer in natural herbs and plants for doing just that. I have been taking Echinacea for years now, and think this wonderful plant used by the Native American s for thousands of years, has so many health benefits in fighting illnesses...So today, with so much depressing news of doom and gloom over this virus, I just wanted to write a light hearted song, but with a message to take care of yourselves, and do everything necessary to fight this ! Corona virus is not going away any time now.But for heaven's sake...Get a grip on the reality surrounding this infection!!!!
