My friends and I went for a walk in and above Whitewood. The awesome winter we had altered the range in so many ways! Many for the better but a few for the bad. Huge slides and many lost trees but it also helped give a huge boost to the wild edible harvest and growth of the pant life.
The area once had many orchards and although most are long gone, the offspring of the Pears and apples are still very much alive and thriving. There are Coffee berries galore and many others as well.
We just took a walk to see some of the changes and possibly stumble across something long forgotten.
I feel very fortunate to have the friends I have and the ability to continue learning, having fun and exploring this beautiful mountain range. By the way, the plants I used, were exactly where they needed to be, at the time I needed them to be there. Smooth criminal action :-)
