In this video, we perform a real life comparison of 2 diamond rings in the VS and SI clarity ranges. The rings are compared side by side in diffused lighting to see if your eyes can pick out any inclusions in them.
If you don’t know yet, VS stands for very slightly included and SI stands for slightly included. Under a 10x loupe, you may be able to find the inclusions in this diamond. However, when it is seen with the unaided eyes, the inclusions are actually very minute and most people actually can see them.
