This video explores the phenomenon of underwater lightning, specifically the different appearance of positive versus negative underwater lightning. This phenomenon can be demonstrated in liquids with low resistance such as deionized or distilled water and oil. It may even be possible to perform it in insulating gases such as sulfur hexafluoride.
