Realized partway through that I was not, in fact, running it at the native resolution. Whoops.
Embarrassingly long amount of time before I realized that I missed some plywood.
I am wondering where the lizard woman ended up. I guess she was just in the tutorial zone? Strange. This game has really weird progression, what with most of my rings being from there. And then it feels like I'm supposed to be able to move faster what with the jumps being so picky in the chef fight and that bird challenge.

I remember the Margueritte fight feeling weird the first time I did it, and it felt weird this time too. Im sure I wasted way too much ammo shooting her when she wasnt vulnerable. Probably she only takes damage when she splashes out brown goop, but it seems like the red goop indicates that it might stun her? Not sure.
Doubt the lack of ammo will hurt me too much, given how much of a breeze it has been so far.")

I happened to open a channel to someone streaming this game and this was the part of the game they were on (specifically the dog spike trap section). Surprisingly spoiler free, although not really anything particularly spoilable so far.")
