I happened to open a channel to someone streaming this game and this was the part of the game they were on (specifically the dog spike trap section). Surprisingly spoiler free, although not really anything particularly spoilable so far.")

I enjoyed Angeline Era. The gameplay was fun and the design clever. It knew just how to keep me on my toes. The plot, I think, largely went over my head. It was going for some things and making some allusions that I clearly was missing. It does have me interested enough to see if someone has information on the various things.")

They certainly introduce enemies with less fanfare than they did in Eternal. Also without giving you a little tutorial each time, although in this case, I think its primarily because the enemies dont really require strategy other than parry and maybe heat up their shields.")
