While in Romania, I didn’t have a lot of time to sight-see and this came up that wasnt more than an hour drive away.

We took a quick tour of the Medieval Castle located in Targu Mures (central Romania). It wasn’t a long tour but the castle was neat to see. Nowadays the town uses it for fairs and city events.

If you are in the area, it’s definitely worth an hour stop.
