I'm from Utah and was out in North Dakota seeing a few sights.

I had a few extra minutes while passing through Grand Forks so I pulled up this interesting park on Google Maps. Grand Forks has a sister city in Japan, I discovered and this garden is a gesture of their relationship.

If you are in town, give it a 10-minute walk around or better yet, enjoy the boardwalk around the entire area. Neat area.
