In this video, we head up Big Cottonwood Canyon to explore a new hike for us—Willow Heights. I went with my friend Ian, along with Sarah and the kids, and it turned out to be an awesome family-friendly adventure.

The trail winds through a beautiful aspen forest, and with the fall colors in full swing, it made for some incredible scenery along the way. The hike leads up to a peaceful alpine lake, which was the perfect spot to relax and take it all in.

This one caught us by surprise—in a good way. Not overly crowded, great views, and a solid hike for both adults and kids.
