Took me awhile to finish this. I was pretty excited but the travels down memory lane to collect all my favorite vids consumed many glorious hours of time. I'm excited most of all to share with everyone all my favorite vids from my other fandoms! *hehe* Sacrifice, pain, and meaning seem to be by calling cards when it comes to my faves (why am I not surprised LOL!), though there's a nice share of carefree joy too. Collecting these was such an introspective activity, and my sis and I had a ball.
And onto technicalities, I did write up a blurb with each vid, highlighting why I liked it, though since the preview is quite short, you may have to pause to read the words. *hope not!* Also, I tweaked the questions list a bit, with the "where are you from" question going before the fave vids questions, for those of you doing the tag after me. Sorry! And I *had* to use the in-video links once NF95 teased me with them on her Vidder's Tag vid!
A quick life note, to all my friends. Sorry about the lack of impassioned activity in the past year or so. I've rather drifted from a lot of online socializing, coupled with last year's burnout in the HTTYD fandom. I've been giving more time to my schooling and such, but it's been great to come back in some capacity. :)

Oh gosh NF95!!! Its your birthday already! (almost missed posting this aah) Youve had an exciting year, with that trip to Scotland and all the new things youve learned and done. About the vid. First of all, Im sorry this isnt really as personalized a vid as Ive made before for you. I still (unfortunately) havent seen Zootopia or youd be sure Id have vidded that for ya! Anyway, this one does feature a video game song, maybe that counts for something LOL. (tho I dont think youve played Skyrim...) The concept was one I was still inspired to do from a long time ago, Hiccup as the Dragonborn, all authoritative and mysterious. The mood pulls on major Cressida Cowell strings, plus the incredible growth hes experienced in HTTYD2. Chief Hiccup Haddock the Third, King of the Wilderwest. (Couldnt bring myself to read that last book yet, dont spoil it anyone haha!). The one sad section supposed to reflect the tragedy that classically is required for the forging of a Hero, and certainly definitive of Hiccups arc. I hope you like it, hon, even if its more about Hiccup than Toothless (oop).

This art took me more than a month to do, and it’s an absolute labor of love for this man and everything he’s gone through. Because this episode broke me.
