Vegan Cuban restaurant? Miami is the perfect city for it and there’s even an all vegan restaurant called Vegan Cuban Cuisine! We ordered delivery since the restaurant is a bit far from our hotel in Brickell, but if you’re in Miami, go eat in person! We were quite hungry, so we ordered a few different things to share and we were very much looking forward to trying Vegan Cuban Cuisine because we’ve never had the chance to try Cuban food anywhere else. We had a beef empanada, a Spanish tortilla, a Cubano sandwich, and a flan. They have an extensive menu and everything looked so good from the pictures we could see online.
