High end vegan menu is being offered on the last Thursday of each month at The Observatory restaurant on top of Grouse Mountain in North Vancouver, BC. Your dinner reservation and price of the meal includes the gondola ride up and down the mountain, so the cost of the actual meal is an amazing steal! You’ll need to make reservations online and once you enter the restaurant, the view is just breathtaking. The vegan menu changes each month and they also have an extensive wine and cocktail menu with the staff being knowledgeable on the vegan wines and sharing the details on the courses being served. We love this fine dining option and it would be such a special place to take guests or for those visiting Vancouver!
