↡ Indoor Training Continues... ↡

With less than two weeks until Fontainebleau, I had another go at the bouldering volume challenge I'd tried (and failed) a few weeks earlier in Sheffield.

I had a big session at Manchester Depot. I set out to climb 15 purples, which are graded V5 to V7, and 15 reds, which are graded V3 - V5. I was really hoping to do better than last time.

It's really handy to focus on a little bit of volume training before a climbing trip. It's all about trying to sustain climbing near your limit over a lot of problems - something I often end up doing on big days bouldering outdoors.
