Anytime I'm on twitter or YouTube or whatever it may be and I'm seeing one piece related media and I see specifically something about usopp? I always see someone saying how he’s weak and he’s the worst strawhat which I honestly cannot stand for anymore. This video not only will be debunking the fraud allegations along with analyzing why Usopp is a genuine goat. I’ll more than likely do this for other characters under the weak but actually strong category so let me know who’d you like to see next. It’s especially evident in the Arlong Park arc where Usopp is put up against not only a fishman who's already 10x stronger than humans. But he’s fighting one of Arlongs top 3 executives, who in the anime is stated to be Arlongs strongest soldier. Whatever they mean by this is beyond my knowledge but hey, the argument is there. Now this doesn’t mean he’s above Sanji and Zoro in this arc because he fought these guys but what it does mean is Usopp is someone who can take care of threats viewed in the one piece world as competent. We then move into Little Garden where Usopp is shown to accidentally burn Luffy with a fire star, though this doesn’t do THAT much damage. But the fact that this caused some chicken nugget damage to Luffy of all people does show at least Usopp doesn’t play with his arsenal. Mr 5 as well shoots a point blank bomb towards him while he was off guard and Usopp SOMEHOW did not die from this. And it wasn't even a close call or anything, bro just straight up had the durability to tank his explosions. These explosions mind you can hurt this version of Luffy so it at least proves consistency with what was shown earlier with his attacks. It also should be noted that. After this Usopp does not and articularly show new scaling but he's still a goat regardless. He’d force Luffy to lock in against Lucci. Save literally everyone in the arc after by being the world's biggest hater, and even despite being up against Pacifista or even Kizaru, He puts his slingshot up and prepares to fight knowing damn well he doesn't stand a chance. As we know, after this every straw hat decides to lock in and become stronger in order to prepare themselves for what’s to come. Usopp during the timeskip added a unique style into his arsenal, that being Green Star. Which pretty much is just him using plants to grab enemies, cushion blows, and use things like javelins, explosives, and specifically his best attack, That being impact wolf. Which allows Usopp to hit the opponent with a shockwave ranging within 3 meters. These fishmen mind you are off energy steroids and should be way more powerful than the likes of Arlong and probably most things in pre timeskip. Reason for this is because in Wano the strawhats have to go up against the strongest crew they’ve ever fought at this point, that being the Tobi Roppos. For reference, the two arguably weakest members are capable of forcing Luffy to use gear 4 and somehow survive hits from Big Mom. It doesn’t matter how bad the injury Usopp received here, it’s the fact that he’s still able to fight and damage Page One should tell you that this man is at the very least way stronger. And even in current one piece, bro is not afraid of one of the scariest things ever to step foot into the series. And so after finally done yapping about what usopp has accomplished and where he stands currently? Hopefully you guys now understand why Usopp was NEVER weak to begin with.
