To improve in any activity you need to get continual feedback on what to change until it becomes part of your muscle memory. To do this many people take lessons from a qualified instructor. But if an instructor isn't available you can use shadows to let you know what your technique looks like in cross country skiing if the sun is in the right place. For more info see: keithnicol.blogspot.com/2022/10/shadows-are-great-way-to-get-feedback.html Of course shadows only show you so much but they can help with correcting arm and torso positions in nordic skiing. You can also try our on line programme for improving your roller skiing -- for more information contact Keith Nicol at k2nicol@gmail.com
