US Blizzards, Polar Vortex, Heat Domes, Atmospheric Rivers - Weather Weirding, Wilding & Whiplashing

We have had extremely unusual weather weirding, weather wilding, and weather whiplashing across both the USA and Canada the last several weeks. This includes many blizzard, a very distorted polar vortex jet stream with troughs sharply to the lower latitudes, atmospheric rivers driven by jet streams impacting the west coast, and many more disruptions.

I talk about the root causes of these extreme weather events, including the extreme whiplashing or whipsawing as we go from hot and humid, to cold and snow, back to hot and humid in a matter of a day or two.
